Lynette is generously available as a spiritual teacher and facilitator, maintaining a teaching schedule of about 100 unique classes per year.  While some in-person events were postponed during the time of Covid, RSV and flu, the remote connections continue with online and telephone courses, and Advanced groups meet in-person. During this month, so full of magic and anticipation, remember also that productive and restful time of  winter, the quiet time for the seeds and bulbs resting beneath the  earth.

There is holiness in the resting,

There is holiness in the sprouting,

This lovely feeling of well-being,

Sometimes we enjoy the flowers, without considering the strenuous task they undertook to press upward  through the soil, to expand into the sunshine and and the rain, the warmth and the breezes.

Those times of introspection, perhaps difficult passages, can sometimes be strenuous. When you relax control and trust the process, this inner work is perceived as so incredibly beautiful and holy too, accepted as life. We learn to  have no preference only for the beautiful in life, while cherishing the majestic 

vistas and grand bliss states of Consciousness. "

Ways to explore spiritual growth with Lynette:

Group sessions, with gentle guidance and sacred healing energies, are the easiest way to delve into the spiritual path with Lynette.  There are often two weekly courses running, in addition to a monthly series, and a long Training Program.  

Meditation seminars are offered as in-depth Awakening Accelerations℠  with a specific theme of focus, for a profound and restorative experience.

Personal mentoring is available for practitioners who have a personal question.

Private sessions are for those who are experiencing challenges on a spiritual journey of Self-discovery, who desire a skilled, illuminated Presence as a guide.

In this weekend seminar, we will explore the relational capacity of the heart and the inner bliss of sacred meditative states, through movement, feeling, and perceptual explorations.  As we refine the compass to include and welcome any sense of longing, the deep sense of belonging and the vast landscapes within are realized.

The "Home of Belonging" is our powerful theme for this Awakening Acceleration.  This feeling arises when you truly feel at home in your relationship with the Divine and on earth.  We'll expand your capacity for belonging that exists in every human being; intimacy with the self, intimacy with loved ones, and with nature. 

We will open a multi-dimensional inquiry into our spiritual, somatic, and creative human capacity.  Recognizing our natural state of awareness as a foundation, we will explore a dynamic range that includes meditative stillness, fresh perceiving, movement and sounding, which opens a vital flow of creativity and a feeling of immense well-being. 

Our deepest, most natural state is felt as an all-inclusive awareness, integrating the spiritual and the physical realms. We awaken to the fresh perception of this moment—the natural aliveness and serenity that are our birthright. Within gentle movement explorations and group experiential exercises, we'll celebrate the unfolding of our life as sacred.

We explore our capacity to innovate, and flow more easily as we participate with the essential movement processes of life.  Because the dynamics of how we perceive and relate are simultaneously physical and psycho-emotional, our inner explorations include all levels.
